What is acidity and what causes acidity
In human body there is anormal secretion of acids that are essential in the digestive process. This acid helps in breaking down the food during digestion. When ever there is excess production of acid by the gastric glands of the stomach, it results in the condition known as acidity Oracid Peptic Disease (APD). In other words Acidity is the surplus of gastric glands of the stomach.
There are various reasons to why it can happen
- Bad eating habits and timings
- Bad and spicy food
- Not chewing the food properly.
- Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID's)
- Smoking and Alcohol access
- Skipping of breakfast or empty stomach.
- Emotional and bad mood
- Eating in
a bad mood.
